Before joining the MEDPLI team, Hope spent many years in the healthcare insurance industry serving providers and assisting with benefits, claims, and prior authorization. She brings extensive knowledge of claim adjudication and benefits eligibility.

Outside of work, Hope enjoys reading, listening to music, attending shows, and spending time with her two daughters, two grandchildren, and her bordoodle (border collie/mini poodle), Buster Beauregard Silkwood.
