As Director of Client Services at MEDPLI, Erin Chronister leads client relationships and oversees the delivery of tailored, cost-effective medical professional liability solutions. She specializes in practices with unique or complex risk profiles and is known for developing thoughtful, customized strategies that support long-term client success.

Before joining the MEDPLI team, Erin observed complacency in the medical malpractice industry and is grateful for MEDPLI’s uniquely proactive and service-driven approach. Erin combines her nearly two decades of malpractice experience with a dedication to putting physicians first to deliver strong coverage, thoughtful solutions, and a level of service physicians truly deserve.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, hunting, boating, fishing, and unwinding in nature with her husband, Logan, and their daughter. She also loves watching her daughter compete in gymnastics.
